Can I cancel my orders ?
Yes,there are options for a customer to cancel the order on their own even after the payment has been approved,once you have chosen the payment method "Collect from Shop".No cancellation is possible if you have chosen the payment method "Cash on Delivery" and the product has been shipped or Approved.In both cases,you can cancel an order if you find the order status as "Pending".
Can I return my Orders ?
Yes,You can. We will replace the damaged item's in cases of transport damages and we request you to inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform the respective store contact number if you detect any damages or defects within 48 business hours of receiving the order.There are some items which do not qualify for refunds. They are: Electronics (camcorders, televisions, etc.), assembled or installed furniture, stationery, food/beverages, custom orders (including large quantity, specially priced quoted orders) and health care products.
Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice
Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be reported to the respective store contact number in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
We Pay For Return Shipping
If you found any products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered,you can contact the store informing the same and check with them about their return shipping policies.It may vary from store to store.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed ?
Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting the store in their given numbers.
